（中央社記者顧荃台北6日電）行政院長林全考量重啟核一廠，引發外界批評民進黨「非核家園」政策大轉彎。台北市長柯文哲今天表態反核，認為中央要具體講出反核方法，喊口號無法解決問題。

台電核一廠1號機103年12月進行大修時，發現燃料組件把手鬆脫，修復後因環團反對、遲未排入立院報告因素，已停機17個月，至今尚未重啟。但因近日供電吃緊，林全昨天表示，考量到電力，核一若安全可起用，在不延役情況下，朝重新啟用思考。

柯文哲下午前往市議會出席市政質詢與答覆。新黨市議員陳彥伯詢問柯文哲是反核還是挺核？柯文哲明確回應「反核」。對於中央研擬重啟核一，柯文哲說，經濟部長應說明理由

陳彥伯說，理由「就是沒電啊」，有電就不需要核能電廠。民進黨一直說要反核、廢核，結果說一套做一套，選舉就不要口號喊那麼好聽，結果是基層在承擔缺電問題。

柯文哲回應，喊口號的人就要想辦法解決，他是反核，認為中央要具體講出方法，喊口號無法解決問題。

柯文哲說，台灣發電總容量是夠，只是尖峰用電在夏天特別高。所以他說「當家的就知道辛苦」，反核的話，電價就不可能這麼便宜，綠能就是比較貴。

陳彥伯詢問，台北市是否有在準備核災應變？柯文哲直言「沒有辦法準備」，並也承諾會跟中央好好溝通電力問題。1050606
